    Propósito de Amica: Descubrir las capacidades de cada persona cuando la discapacidad aparece en nuestra vida, y crear oportunidades para la diversidad humana, implicando a la sociedad en el cambio que facilite la participación en igualdad.

    Visión: Amica quiere ser referencia de innovación social, compartiendo modelos que nos acerquen a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, con el protagonismo de las personas.

    De acuerdo con el último plan estratégico de la entidad 2021-2024, los objetivos generales giran en torno a 5 líneas de actuación que rigen la toma de decisiones de Amica:

    2. Evolución de los apoyos a las personas.
    3. Desarrollo de alianzas para la ampliación de actividades de economía social.
    4. Sostenibilidad y adaptación a los cambios.
    5. Desarrollo del talento de las personas ante los grandes retos.
