Goals / Remit
The AEDC is a non-profit organization which gropus around 200 professionals (mainly lawyers, economists and academics) acting in Spain in the field of competititon law and unfair competition laws.
Main EU files targeted
We have participated in a large number of public consultations opened by the DG Competition of the EC, as well as in all the public consultations opened in Spain by the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC).
We have provided our views to the Spanish Authorities in the most relevant reforms of the Competition rules in Spain.Address
