    Goals / Remit

The mission of the Strategy for the Local Development of Central Catalonia for the 2023-2027 period is:
To build synergies between actors in the territory (economic, environmental and cultural actors) to encourage the population to remain (especially young people) and to stop depopulation and economic stagnation, highlighting the quality of life offered by this territory.

The vision of ADRCatCentral is to consolidate itself as a key agent in building networks and territorial projects that have a supralocal community impact and contribute to a feeling of belonging in Central Catalonia, as a territory with its own unique characteristics and shared challenges.

The objectives are: Connecting, providing visibility and promoting initiatives to rebalance and regenerate the territory, that converge into an agile and decentralised strategy to face present and future community challenges
