Goals / Remit
Die Austria Wirtschaftsservice Gesellschaft mbH (aws) wurde durch das Austria Wirtschaftsservice - Errichtungsgesetz (BGBl. 130/2002) mit Wirksamkeit zum 31. Dezember 2001 am 1. Oktober 2002 mit sondergesetzlicher Regelung errichtet.
Die Aufgaben der aws sind:
die Vergabe und die Abwicklung von unternehmensbezogenen Wirtschaftsförderungen des Bundes
die Erbringung sonstiger, im öffentlichen Interesse liegender Finanzierungs- und Beratungsleistungen zur Unterstützung der Wirtschaft
im Besonderen umfassen die Aufgaben:
die Vergabe und die Abwicklung von Förderungen und sonstigen Finanzierungen nach dem Garantiegesetz und dem KMU-Förderungsgesetz
die Innovationsvermittlung und die Innovationsberatung zum Nutzen der österreichischen Wirtschaft
die Abwicklung von Beihilfen im Sinne des Bundesgesetzes betreffend die Arbeitsmarktförderung (AMFG)
die Besorgung der Aufgaben und Geschäfte des ERP-Fonds
die Vergabe und Abwicklung von Förderungen und sonstigen Finanzierungen sowie die Übernahme von Geschäftsbesorgungen, die der Gesellschaft durch Gesetz oder Abwicklungsvertrag übertragen werden
die Erbringung von Beratungsleistungen, insbesondere gegenüber dem Bund
die Erstellung von Vorschlägen für die Mehrjahresprogramme und die Umsetzung der von der Bundesminister für Finanzen und vom Bundesminister für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Wirtschaft genehmigten MehrjahresprogrammeMain EU files targeted
