We are a training and coaching company focusing on helping people be more resilient and collaborate more effectively. We are working with all EU institutions as part of the key skills/resilience framework training contract.

Awaris GmbH is a German training and coaching company working for the EU through framework contracts. Our work mostly relates to helping people being more resilient and collaborative.
In Belgium, we work with Jeroen Janss who is self-employed. He works for us as a trainer and he coordinates our activities with the EU.
Our initiative the “Inner Green Deal” seeks to support people in the important task of bringing about the European Green Deal and our training activities are developed for staff of the European Institutions but also for NGOs and companies.
We were asked to complete this filing in the context of a planned 15 minute telephone conversation between Jeroen Janss and Ms Sarah Nelen, Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Executive Vice President Frans Timmermans.
The telephone conversation took place on June 15, 2020 and was indeed 15 minutes long. Mr Janss provided context on the Awaris initiative the "Inner Green Deal". He mentioned that Awaris is launching a pilot training program with an Academic partner and inquired whether Ms Nelen was aware of teams that might benefit from such a pilot program. The purpose of the program is to help teams be more resilient and collaborate better under challenging circumstances.
