Goals / Remit
Institute for Public Policy (IPP) aims at increasing the quality of public policy making in Romania in accordance with European standards. Our work is dedicated to consolidating democratic processes in Romania by supporting transparency, accountability and citizens' participation in the policy making process. As Romania is currently part of the EU we also aim at contributing to harmonizing Romanian overall policy making with European standards and principles. One priority area refers to access to information about the individual performance of members of European institutions (especially the elected ones) in order to properly asses role of such institutions in the development process of EU members.
