    Goals / Remit

    The EEA, originally created in 1846, is a pan-European movement representing more than 50 national and international evangelical Protestant organisations in 33 nations, and 15 million citizens in the EU. The Brussels office of the EEA promotes active citizenship of its constituency and represents it to the European Institutions.

    Main EU files targeted

    The European Evangelical Alliance follows closely EU initiatives on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms such as Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion or Belief in Europe and around the world.
    Other areas of interest include EU initiatives to tackle the Migration crisis as well as its efforts to fight poverty and social exclusion.
