    Other financial info

EARN does not have a regular budget or financial contributions from external stakeholders.
EARN defines itself as a network of experts concerning real world evidence and it´s interpretation.
In the past we had to experience several attempts by "interested parties" to receive insider information and/or influence expert decisions on safety and performance of medical devices as well as processes for appraisal of clinical data concerning CE-certification.
On that background we have decided in our General Assembly, that we reject any financial contribution in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest.
Any member or project partner covers expenses from it´s own resources.
Full transparency on potential COI has to be disclosed inside the society and projects conducted.

For further information or questions, please contact the EARN President.
