    EFIP is a non-for-profit collaboration of national associations from across Europe which represent over 10 million independent professionals at EU level through targeted research, advocacy and campaigning.

    Our mission is to promote the value of independents (also called freelancers or self-employed) in European policies and business environments and to ensure that genuine independent working is respected as a legitimate alternative to employment, in both the private and public sectors.

    EFIP has four aims:

    -Visibility: to raise awareness of independent professional life as a vital part of the European labour market;
    -Value: to provide expertise and better understanding to decision makers of the value independents bring to the European economy and society;
    -Resources: to promote high standards, share knowledge and good practices of value to independents and kick start joint European projects;

    1 July 2024: We have noted that some meetings are appearing in duplicate, ie. some meetings seem to be listed twice.
