    The European Leagues defends the common interests of the major European Professional Football Leagues, which are the Professional Football Competitions' Organisers at national level.

    The European Leagues is active in all Ecomonic, Legal and Social aspects of Professional Football across Europe

    The European Leagues is the employers' representative in the European Social Dialogue in the Professional Football Sector under the auspicies of the European Commission.

    The European Leagues is a Sport Observer organisation in the following EU Expert Groups for the Work Plan of Sport 2014/17: XG-GG; XG-MF; XG-ECO; XG-HEPA.

    The European Leagues is the employers' representative in the European Social Dialogue in the Professional Football Sector under the auspicies of the European Commission.

    The European Leagues is active in the current consultation process with respect to the implementation of a Digital Single Market, in particular with respect to the EC regulation on Portability and the upcoming regulation on cross-border access to content/territoriality
