    Goals / Remit

    ETRMA represents towards EU and international organisations the common interests of the 10 European tyre manufacturers i.e.:
    - Bridgestone Europe
    - Continental
    - Cooper Tire
    - Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe
    - Hankook Tire Europe
    - Michelin
    - Nokian Tyres
    - Pirelli Tyre
    - Trelleborg Wheel Systems
    - Apollo Vredestein

    and of the national associations of rubber manufacturing industry located in Belgium (Federplast.be), Finland (RMAF), France (SNCP), Germany (wdk), Italy (Federazione Gomma Plastica), NL (NVR) and Spain (Consorcio).

    The affiliated members are Marangoni, Brisa, the national association of tyre manufacturing industry located in UK (BTMA), HTA (Hungarian Tire Association) and PTIA (Polish Tyre Industry Association).

    ETRMA contributes to ensuring the development, competitiveness and growth of the tyre and rubber industry in contributing to all the initiatives in favour of health, safety & environment protection, transport and road safety and access to third markets in coordination with the European public authorities.
    ETRMA monitors EU policy regulatory initiatives and analyses their potential impact on the tyre & rubber manufacturing industry. As appropriate, it provides on behalf of its members, industry assessment and recommendations to the EU institutions.
