    The European Vegetarian Union (EVU) is the umbrella organisation of 42 vegan and vegetarian associations and societies in 28 countries. EVU represents the voice of the growing number of Europeans choosing plant-based products over animal-based nutrition. Over the past decade, EVU has been advocating for a paradigm shift towards a more sustainable, healthy, and plant-based food system.
    EVU, founded in 1988, is politically, ethnically and religiously neutral, independent and autonomous.
