    Considering the public nature of our Members and of our scope, we wish to have access to EU grants and funds to cover part of our expenditures aimed at ensuring compliance in all EU Member States of the cost recovery principle in the EU Water Framework Directive (art. 9) and to facilitate compliance with the targets of the EU Drinking Water Directive, the EU Urban Water and Wastewater Treatment Directive, the EU Sewage Sludge Directive and the EU Water Reuse Regulation.
