Included in FIA's total budget is funding of the FIA Region I office in Brussels, provided entirely by FIA's European member Clubs, which totals 1.313.294 € (2017).
Of this amount, approximately 1.285.048,89 € is spent yearly on activities related to the representation of the FIA European Clubs' interests in mobility and tourism issues before the European Institutions. For better harmonisation with the information given in Section 10, the total costs related to the register activities account for current staff costs.
The budget for interest representation is only one part of the Region I activities since our office is also organising events and federating a number of Clubs from outside the European Union.
