    Goals / Remit

    First Draft is dedicated to finding solutions to trust and truth in a digital world. It focuses on developing experimental journalism projects in the field, particularly collaborative initiatives around monitoring and debunking mis and disinformation during elections. For example First Draft designed and led the CrossCheck project in France during the 10 week election campaign. First Draft also carries out research on these experimental in 2016 and again in Brazil for the presidential elections in 2018. The organization specializes in the verification of images and video that emerge on the social web.
