    Goals / Remit

    The European Federation of Managerial Staff in the Chemical and Allied Industries (FECCIA) is the lead industrial relations organisation for the managers in the chemical sector on the European level.

    Through its national member organisations, FECCIA represents the interests of over 100,000 managerial staff in Europe and coordinates the communication and cooperation with the European chemicals employers' organisation and the trade union.

    FECCIA contributes to the development of solutions to all relevant socio-political issues concerning managers in the chemical industry. As a member of CEC-European Managers, FECCIA is active in the Social Dialogue Committee of the European Commission.
