Gesamtmetall und seine Mitgliedsverbände unterstützen die Unternehmen darin, die für sie beste Lösung bei den Arbeitsbedingungen zu finden - egal, ob durch Firmentarife, einzelvertragliche Regelungen oder Flächentarif.

    Aufgaben: Regelung der Arbeitsbeziehungen - Tarifpolitik mit oder ohne Tarifbindung, Hilfe bei der Umsetzung der Tarifverträge, Sozialpolitik, Beratung in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen, Entwicklung arbeitswissenschaftlicher Programmatik, Konzeptionen für die Berufsbildung, Internationale Sozialpolitik, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Politikberatung
