    Communication activities

    Under the GET.Invest supported Africa Wind Power Project GWEC seeks to raise
    awareness and generate leads to develop markets for European Finance through
    trade events and workshops within the African continent.
    Our Global Renewables Alliance initiative join and promotes campaigns related to
    EU policies. For instance on low-carbon hydrogen, GRA robust low-carbon
    hydrogen definition will reduce emissions and increase security in Europe

    Other activities

    Publishing reports on the industry, its performance and future prospects and disseminating this information widely;

    Speaking engagements and participation in conferences globally, which sometimes includes the European Commission and/or EU member states, but the primary responsibility for that lies with the European Wind energy Association

    Educating international institutions on behalf of the industry is our main activity, none of which specifically target the EU but the EU is involved in virtually all of them.
