    GROUPE SOS SOLIDARITES -ASSFAM was founded in 1951 in France to support migrants in their integration through the implementation of their rights. Since 2010, ASSFAM GROUPE SOS SOLIDARITES is also involved in detention centers. The association helps migrants who are going to be deported, to exercise their rights. ASSFAM GROUPE SOS SOLIDARITES identifies and helps migrants who have fled their country to claim a protection (a refugee status or a subsidiary protection).
    The social and legal expertise at ASSFAM is critical to help see and address, through preventive or support measures, the pitfalls of asylum seekers arrival management in the country as well as the problems of the application of the law in terms of refugees’ rights. ASSFAM believes that a great amount of work still needs to be done in order to talk about a successful integration of migrants and in order to achieve our objective to help them and inform them about their rights and offer them a social and legal support

We contribute to the development of EU policies with respect to the view of migrants and to strengthen EU collaboration
