    Zweck der Stiftung
    (1) Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung des Umweltschutzes und des Klimaschutzes.
    (2) Die Zwecke werden verwirklicht durch Maßnahmen, die dazu dienen, die Herstellung und Ver-wendung des Grünen Wasserstoffs und anderer klimaneutraler Energieträger (klimaneutraler oder defossilisierter Energieträger) auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene zu fördern. Es sol-len Aktivitäten durchgeführt und unterstützt werden, die sich durch wissenschaftliche, journalisti-sche oder sonstige praktische Tätigkeit, durch Aufklärung, durch Beratung und Information so-wie durch Analysen und Studien für die Verbesserung der Nutzung dieser Energieträger einset-zen und damit dem Klimaschutz dienen.
    Der Satzungszweck wird verwirklicht insbesondere durch
    a) die Förderung der Entwicklung von Modellen für die nachhaltige Erzeugung und die Ver-wendung klimaneutraler Energieträger;
    b) die Förderung der Entwicklung von Modellen zur Verbesserung der deutschen und euro-päischen gesetzlic (...)
