    Goals / Remit

Imperial Brands, a FTSE 100 company headquartered in Bristol in the UK, is the parent company of a dynamic international business specialising in tobacco and non-tobacco brands. Imperial Brands consists of five distinct entities: Imperial Tobacco, Tabacalera, ITG Brands, Fontem Ventures and Logista.

Our core business is built around a tobacco portfolio that offers a comprehensive range of cigarettes (e.g. Davidoff, Gauloises), fine cut (e.g. Drum, Golden Virginia) and smokeless tobaccos (e.g. Pulze iD,ZeoneX), papers (e.g. Rizla) and cigars. Through our Fontem Ventures business, we're also developing a portfolio of brands beyond tobacco, including the e-vapour brand blu and a heated tobacco product brand Pulze. Adding to the breadth of our activities is Logista, one of the largest logistics businesses in Europe.

The list below only covers meetings held since November 2014 with commissioners, their cabinet members or directors-general at the European Commission; other lobby meetings with lower-level staff may have taken place, but the European Commission doesn't proactively publish information about these meetings. For more information about which commissioner is responsible for which portfolio, check out this link: All information below comes from European Commission web pages.

1 July 2024: We have noted that some meetings are appearing in duplicate, ie. some meetings seem to be listed twice. This seems to be because the Commission changes some element of a meeting data after the meeting has first been listed, which causes LobbyFacts to register it as a new meeting. We are investigating further.
