    Zu den Angaben unter 13.c über von den EU-Organen erhaltenen Finanzmitteln aus den Forschungsrahmenprogrammen: Die Gelder wurden an innogy als Projektpartner in den Forschungsprogrammen Grid4EU, evolvDSO, EU-SysFlex und AMBER gezahlt.

    Die unter 13.b genannte Kostenschätzung umfasst die Ausgaben im Berichtsjahr für die Arbeit der Brüsseler innogy-Repräsentanz einschließlich des Aufwands für den zeitweisen Einsatz von Mitarbeitern aus anderen Abteilungen. Kosten für die direkte Interessenvertretung gegenüber den EU-Institutionen wurden dabei berücksichtigt. Dagegen sind in dieser Summe nicht Kosten im Zusammenhang mit Beiträgen für Interessengruppen und so genannte Think Tanks enthalten, die ihrerseits diese Kosten dem Register melden.
