Goals / Remit
IPCSA’s mission is to:
“is to influence public policy at the International level, principally by lobbying, in order to promote the adoption of e-logistics as the key element in the development of International maritime, shipping and logistics sectors. Such lobbying shall extend to world trade and shipping institutions as well as to European Union institutions.”
Core Objectives
In order to achieve its mission IPCSA has agreed the following objectives:
(i) To ensure that the importance of PCSOs is recognised
Internationally and in the EU and its Member States and that the sector is consulted substantively on any measure likely to affect it;
(ii) To ensure that PCSOs play their full part in delivering eservices Internationally;
(iii) To promote the highest possible standards in European and International PCSOs;
(iv) To encourage all PCSOs to be proactive in PCS development.Main EU files targeted
