    Goals / Remit

    The International Stevia Council is a global trade association representing the interests of companies that manufacture high purity stevia extracts, that use stevia extracts as an ingredient and that grow and produce stevia leaves. The International Stevia Council is a 501 (c) (6) not-for-profit organisation incorporated under the law of the State of Delaware in the United States (US). The Council has been created in July 2010 by eleven founding members.

    To be the authoritative voice for the stevia industry* to improve the diets and health of people globally by addressing sugars and calories in food.
