    Die Klima-Allianz Deutschland thematisiert Mängel in der deutschen Klima- und Energiepolitik. Sie hat sich bereits 2007 gegründet, um als breites Bündnis ein Gegengewicht zu Profit- und Machtinteressen vieler Akteure aus Wirtschaft und Politik zu bilden und durch öffentlichen Druck dazu beizutragen, Blockaden in der Klimapolitik zu überwinden. Sie bringt Menschen zu gemeinsamen Aktionen zusammen und macht damit deutlich, dass Klimaschutz ein Anliegen aus der Mitte der Gesellschaft ist.

    Das Spektrum der Mitgliedsorganisationen der Klima-Allianz Deutschland umfasst: Kirchen und religiöse Vereinigungen, Entwicklungsorganisationen, Umweltverbände, Gewerkschaften, Verbraucherschutzorganisationen, Jugendverbände, Wirtschaftsverbände, Gesundheitsorganisationen und andere Gruppierungen
