    Complementary Information

    We have one full-time person who spends approximately 50% of their time on EU Public Affairs and Policy who does not have an access pass to the European Parliament.

    In addition, we have a number of business experts who will input on specific policy proposals and attend meetings/ conferences as required. Additionally, Senior Executives may have meetings with EU Institutions on an adhoc basis. None have an access pass to the European Parliament.

    Overall, for 2014, we had the equivalent of approximately 1.25 FTE, including the one full-time person who spends approximately 50% of their time on EU Public Affairs & Policy.

    In addition, as European policy needs to be implemented we will have implementation teams with the business; none of these people have badges or access to the European Institutions.
