With a massive presence in over 3,500 cities and almost 6,500 restaurants, McDonald’s and its franchisees have established the brand as a major employer, providing jobs for almost 300,000 people aged 16 to 65. McDonald’s remains a key player in the region thanks to its diverse network of franchisees, farmers, food producers, and suppliers. This collaboration has allowed McDonald’s to remain a dependable source of economic growth, entrepreneurialism, and progress for communities across Europe for half a century.
