Goals / Remit
MedReAct is an environmental NGO dedicated to the recovery of Mediterranean fish stocks and marine habitats.
The organization was founded by senior marine activists and NGOs from Italy, France, Spain and Greece. The headquartered are based in Rome.Main EU files targeted
MedReAct is currently promoting the establishment of new Fish Recovery Areas in the Mediterranean and straightening existing ones engaging with the EU Institutions to promote the importance of this initiative. We want to engage with DG MARE and the PECH Committee in the European Parliament in order to inform, communicate and advocate for our objective.
