    MRGs EU Adocacy in conducted by two part-time advocacy officers based in Brussels and Strasbourg ( equivalent of one permanent position). This is undertaken in conjunction with specialised team members, who may have a country mandate e,g Iran or thematic e.eg Inter-sectionality, who will participate in meetings and activities, exclusively related to their field of activity. For example advocacy on Minority Rights in Pakistan would be undertaken by EU advocacy officers, plus Pakistan Officer, hence why 8 staff at 10% working time.
