Oxford PV is a pioneer and technology leader in the field of perovskite solar cells. We have the largest global team exclusively focused on developing and commercialising a perovskite-based solar technology. Our manufacturing line at a site near Berlin, Germany, enable the accelerated transfer of our technology into industrial-scale perovskite-on-silicon tandem solar cell production.
Our low-cost, highly efficient perovskite technology integrates with standard silicon solar cells to dramatically improve their performance. Built into solar panels, our perovskite-on-silicon tandem solar cells deliver more power per square metre – critical for enabling more affordable clean energy and accelerating the adoption of solar, and can be at the heart of the EU’s energy transition.
We aim to promote the advantages of perovskite-on-silicon technology and to advocate the benefits of innovation and solar manufacturing for the transition to renewable energy.

- Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
- Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
- Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
