    Risk Management, Marine Sureyng for ships, including IACS support for new builds and 5 year surveys , [RoRo, Containers, VLCC's, Passenger ships]. Security training, Firearms safety training, IT security for vessels, Maritime Accident Investigations, Liquified Natural Gas Terminal and ship surveys, UK MCA and US-CG support for ship-owners, Electrical Engineering Surveying.

    With a fluency in 5 languages [French, Spanish, Italian, Russia and English] we have the following capabilities in the areas of Admiralty & Maritime Law and offshore Oil & Gas Law:

    1. Expert witness for collisions and human element in collisions;

    2. Stability Calculations for ships, including loading of grain, bulk ore carriers, containers and crude petroleum and liquified natural gas products;

    3. Working alongside salvage companies, including use of Lloyds Open Forum Salvage and SCOPIC contracts;

    4. Crisis management and liasion with Port State Control Authorties with regards to Ship Arrest under 1952/1999 Ship Arrest Conventions;

    5. Project Finance feasibility for some of largest Oil & Gas and wind turbine projects in the world.

    6. Intellectual Property Valuation accross borders, including legal forensic valuation of potential damages from Intellectual Property Infringement.

    7. Insolvency consulting for law firms, [Allen & Overy] including the Parmalat Insolvency in 2006-2008 [evaluation of a complex convertible bond structure in a Brazilian Subsidiary.

    In 2017 published a report on the international legal conflicts of law in UNCLOS posed by shipping sailing through the Arctic Passage. This was done with the support of the International Maritime Organization, [IMO] and under supervision of the International Shipping & Trade Institute of Swansea University.
