    Goals / Remit

    An arts & media research lab using engineering expertise to advance the arts and artistic creativity to develop technical solutions. We worked on the feasibility and the implementation of data and copyright policies with the European Commission, ministerial officers from Member States, and Intellectual Property Offices. Among other projects, we worked on the semantic layer of the Copyright Infrastructure, which will comply with the Acquis Communautaire. We also worked with the Copyright Protection Centre of China, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (UK), the Open Music Initiative (USA) and the European Parliament.
