    Represent Portuguese liberal professionals nationally and internationally.
    Define the Portuguese Liberal Professionals Statute.
    Defend legal, economic, labor, intellectual and social rights in contracting, taxation, intellectual property, social protection, namely in health, maternity, employment, unemployment, underemployment and retirement.
    Develop and promote quality and adequate remuneration in the provision of services.
    Support the continuous training of liberal professionals.
    Monitor the mobility of self-employed professionals within and outside the European Economic Area.
    Support entrepreneurship, innovation and digital in the exercise of liberal professions.
    Foster adaptation to the challenges of digital, artificial intelligence, robotics, new ways of making work available.
    Disseminate and promote access to effective community funds and support.
    Promote use of arbitration mechanisms.
    Promote administrative simplification.
