    Goals / Remit

    The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung is a German political foundation. It's primary task is political education.
    The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung:

    • generates and disseminates knowledge about social relations in a globalized and unjust world
    • provides a venue for critical analysis of current capitalism
    • acts as a hub for programmatic discussions about modern democratic socialism and as a socialist think-tank for political alternatives
    • supports dialogue between leftist/socialist forces, movements, intellectuals and non-governmental organisations
    • promotes the socio-ecological transformation of global society based on solidarity and emancipation

    It stands within the tradition of the workers' and women's movements, as well as anti-fascism and anti-racism.
