a) promotion of the principles and standards required by the specific market concerning the production and distribution of cosmetics and detergents and household care products.
b) promoting, protecting and supporting the common legal interests of the manufacturers of cosmetics and detergents legally operating in Romania.
c) promoting fair competition on the market;
d) supporting the public legal entities understand the specificities of the cosmetics and detergents markets, in the evaluation of the necessities (including adoption of new legislation, norms or administrative measures) and adapting the measures specific to this market and these products in accordance with the international regulations and practice in order to harmonize the national and international legislation.
