    Die Schwarz Corporate Affairs International GmbH vertritt die Interessen aller Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe im politischen Umfeld. Die Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe bestehen im Kern aus Lidl, Kaufland, PreZero, Schwarz Produktion sowie Schwarz IT und Schwarz Digital. Zum Ende des GJ 2022 waren die Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe in über 30 Ländern aktiv. Die beiden Handelssparten Lidl und Kaufland zählen zusammen rund 13.700 Filialen. PreZero ist im Abfall- und Recyclingmanagement tätig. Die Schwarz Produktion stellt Lebensmittel und Getränke für Lidl und Kaufland her. Darüber hinaus werden mehrere Kunststoff- und Recyclingwerke betrieben. Kaufland stellt in eigenen Fleischwerken Fleisch- und Wurstwaren für seine Filialen her. Die Schwarz IT ist der zentrale IT-Dienstleister für die Unternehmen der Gruppe. Schwarz Digital unterstützt die Unternehmen der Gruppe bei der Digitalisierung und entwickelt Innovationen und Geschäftsfelder zur Sicherstellung des nachhaltigen Geschäftserfolgs.
