Created in 2006, Sciaena has been establishing itself during its first years of existence and has so far been dependent essentially on voluntary work. This work and the contacts established have been fruitful and since 2013 Sciaena has had a significant increase in its funding due to consultancy contracts. and also in terms of human resources dedicated to the NGO. In 2014 we expect to have grants and public funding coming in to the association.
