Goals / Remit
Social Sport Sponsorship is the alliance of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Businesswomen in sports industry.
This is a non-governmental associations in every country around the world with a steadily increasing membership.
In SSPORTS we are committed to the promotion and advancement of the professional and social interests of women in leadership positions of the sports industry across the world
Our mission is to create places of encounter, to act in different professional environments, with the objective of promoting the development of the women and empowering them , especially at the workplace economically, at the workplace, social and business of sport industry .
Our base building social awareness, creating collaboration and cooperation networks among women, learning , training and the empowermentMain EU files targeted
All those legislative or policy initiatives related to gender equality, against labour discrimination on grounds of sex, those relating to changes in working hours or work-life balance, employment and entrepreneurship.
As well as those concerned with:

Specifically those related to :
- The economic dimension, with particular emphasis on innovation in sport, and sport and the digital single market;
- Sport and society, with a focus on social integration, coaches, media, environment, health, education and sports diplomacy.
- Article 157 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU): Principle that men and women should receive equal pay for equal work. Authorises positive action to empower women.
- Articles 2 and 3(3) of the Treaty on European Union (TEU): It bases equality as values and promotes equality between men and women.
- Article 8 TFEU gives the Union the task of eliminating inequalities and promoting equality between men and women through all its activities (this concept is also known as ‘gender mainstreaming’).
- European Parliament’s Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM)
- Sustainable Development Goals, SDG, especially the numbers 3-4-5 and 17Address
