Sitra received EU funding for the first time as a result of cooperation with the EU. There were two projects receiving EU funding at the end of 2021: The TEHDAS project (pre-payment 249.460,66 €) under the Health Data 2030 project and the PS Lifestyle project (pre-payment 342.200,00 €) under the Sustainable everyday life project. As Sitra’s role as co-ordinator in both projects also involves co-ordinating the flows of money, the income and other expenses in the income statement include three million euros in funding distributed to external funding partners. The proportion of income that remained with Sitra
was 0.2 million euros in the result for 2021. Excluding EU funding, operational expenses totalled 31.1 million euros. -
