Communication activities
The Sustainable Development Institute (SDI) in partnership with Fern has engaged with the EU on FLEGT and REDD+ issues as well as recently with the NDC in collaboration with other countries including Ghana, Cameroon, Viet Nam, Republic of Congo. These have included lobby tours in Brussels and member states and providing updates on VPA progress in our individual countries.
Other activities
As Fern partner SDI participates in meetings with EU Parliament members and DEVCO as well as with different governmental bodies of member states working on forest related issues
