    WJI2030 poursuit des buts environnementaux, de durabilité et d’inclusion (réduction des inégalités), en ligne avec les Objectifs de développement durable des Nations Unies (en particulier avec les Objectifs 5, 13, 15 et 17).

    WJI2030 rassemble pour la première fois des marques d’horlogerie et de bijouterie / joaillerie ainsi que d’autres partenaires à travers le monde faisant partie intégrante de la chaîne de valeur de ces industries, réunis autour de la même volonté de créer des résultats positifs pour la planète et les individus au travers d’une industrie durable avec une faible émission de carbone.

    Cette Initiative est basée sur l'agenda 2030; elle suit l'évolution réglementaire en Europe et souhaite proposer à ses Membres des guides pratiques pour délivrer un impact.
    En particulier la CSRD (EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) et la Directive sur le devoir de vigilance des entreprises en matière de durabilité(EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive).
