    AMG Lithium is part of the AMG Critical Materials N.V. The AMG Clean Energy division includes AMG's recycling and mining activities for lithium, vanadium and tantalum that produce materials for infrastructure and energy storage solutions while reducing the carbon footprint of suppliers and customers. Based on spodumene deposits from AMG mining activities in Brazil, AMG Lithium is striving to become the preferred supplier of battery-grade lithium hydroxide and next-generation high-performance battery materials for the European battery market. AMG Lithium has built the first European refinery for battery-grade lithium hydroxide in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. The company's headquarters and a modern research and development laboratory for lithium-based battery materials are in Frankfurt am Main.
