    Assofin rappresenta le istanze delle Associate nelle sedi competenti e promuove un confronto costante con gli organi amministrativi e legislativi a livello UE e nazionale. Le associate sono i principali player italiani dei comparti del credito alle famiglie (credito al consumo e immobiliare). In seno ad Assofin si realizzano iniziative comuni, vengono fissati principi di carattere deontologico, si creano occasioni di scambio di esperienze e di individuazione di rilevanti problematiche comuni. Assofin produce e mette a disposizione un patrimonio di informazioni di natura statistica (Osservatori Assofin) riguardanti l'andamento dei comparti di interesse.
