    CIUS represents the European sugar-using food and beverage industries. CIUS members purchase and use almost 70% of the European annual consumption of sugar through its incorporation in a wide variety of added-value products and provide direct employment for over 350,000 people.

    CIUS has a substantial experience and an acute knowledge of the sugar market. CIUS shares its skills and understanding with all stakeholders and decision-makers interested in sugar in order to contribute to the building of impartial and prospective politics, for the development of a transparent, competitive and fair sugar market.
