    Goals / Remit

    Culture Action Europe est la principale plateforme politique pour la culture en Europe, représentant plus de 80 000 organisations dans 24 pays.

    L’Association, dénuée de tout but lucratif, rassemble des personnes physiques et morales autour des objectifs suivants :
    a) Placer la culture au cœur du débat public et des prises de décision à tout niveau – du local à l’européen - en tant que composante essentielle au développement de sociétés durables, fondées sur le respect des droits universels de l’homme, pour les générations présentes et à venir ;

    b) Encourager le développement de l’Union Européenne, dans le cadre d’une démocratie fondée sur le respect des droits humains et la reconnaissance de l’identité complexe de l’Europe, excluant l’hégémonie d’une seule langue, culture ou religion.
