Founded in 1996, ECOEMBES brings together over 12.000 packaging companies that represent the Green Dot system in Spain. ECOEMBES ensures the implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system for household packaging waste to achieve prevention, recycling and recovery targets in the most sustainable and efficient way. ECOEMBES is a founding member of EXPRA, the Extended Producer Responsibility Alliance.
