Goals / Remit
The Association’s purposes are to bring together a broad range of actors (organisations, institutions) in the fight against over-indebtedness and financial exclusion and to facilitate the exchange of information on these matters connected with their legal and economical aspects and all initiatives at European and national levels.
Main EU files targeted
The ECDN aims to influence any legislation that works either with or against our goal an example could be the Consumer Credit Directive. But also legislation which aims to improve the level of Financial Literacy and the positions of overindebted people in general.
