    Goals / Remit

    Das Europäische Bodenbündnis (European Land and Soil Alliance, ELSA) vereint Städte, Gemeinden und Landkreise aber auch Bundesländer, NGOs und andere Organisationen aus neun europäischen Staaten. Es ist das größte europäische kommunale Netzwerk, das sich dem Schutz von Böden verschrieben hat.

    Das Bodenbündnis bietet eine Plattform für alle europäischen Städte und Gemeinden und für alle an Bodenfragen interessierte Akteure. Es geht darum, gemeinsam Fragen des Bodenschutzes, der Landnutzung, der Landschaftspflege und Siedlungsentwicklung zu diskutieren und an gemeinsamen partnerschaftlichen Projekten zu arbeiten. ELSA versteht sich als Netzwerk und Lobbyist für den Bodenschutz.

    Das Manifest von Bozen und die Vereinssatzung sind die Grundlage für die Verständigung auf gemeinsame Ziele und gemeinsame Stoßrichtungen im kommunalen Handeln.
