    Federfarma tutela gli interessi dei titolari delle farmacie private in ambito legale, economico, fiscale sia a livello nazionale che a livello europeo. Federfarma è parte contraente per le negoziazioni relative sia al Contratto che regola i rapporti tra farmacie e Servizio Sanitario Nazionale (la Convenzione farmaceutica), sia al contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro dei dipendenti delle farmacie private.
