La féda Bxl rassemble et soutient 29 institutions et services actifs à Bruxelles dans l'information, la prévention, la réduction des risques, les soins, l'accompagnement et l'épidémiologie relatives aux consommations de substances psychoactives et aux addictions.
L'association a pour but :
1. de faire connaître et reconnaître la nécessité et l’existence d’un secteur spécialisé drogues et addictions, et de services spécifiques de prévention, réduction des risques, soins et accompagnement psycho-médico-social, accompagnement social et insertion socioprofessionnelle, appui aux professionnels, recherche et étude, et de tout autre service d’intérêt public ayant trait aux usages et mésusages de drogues et/ou aux conduites addictives.
